Frequently asked questions
Are electric trikes difficult to ride?
Not at all. Most riders find electric trikes easier and more stable than traditional two-wheel bikes. The trike stays upright on its own, so there is no balancing required when stopping or riding at slower speeds. Most new riders feel comfortable within the first 20 to 30 minutes.
Who are electric trikes best for?
Electric trikes are popular with older adults, casual riders, RV travelers, and anyone looking for a more comfortable and stable riding experience. They are also a practical option for short errands, neighborhood rides, grocery runs, and outdoor recreation. If you are unsure whether a trike fits your situation, email support@luvmm.com and we will help you figure it out.
Can electric trikes handle hills?
Yes, with realistic expectations. Most models handle moderate inclines comfortably with pedal assist. Steeper hills, heavier riders, or loaded baskets will reduce climbing performance. If you live in a hilly area, the higher-powered models are the better choice. We are happy to discuss your terrain before you order.
Do the trikes arrive assembled?
Most trikes arrive 85 to 90 percent pre-assembled. Final setup typically includes attaching the handlebars, front wheel, seat, and pedals. Basic tools and a printed manual are included in the box. Setup usually takes 45 to 90 minutes. See our Assembly Guide for step-by-step instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luvmm.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the situation and work toward a resolution including replacement parts or a replacement unit. Most warranty issues are resolved without needing to return the whole trike.
